岗位职责
1.achieve and monitor sales‚ cost and other targets on a monthly basis.
2.guide and manage the staff in service and parts dept. guarantee high level of education‚ evaluate performance and support development.
3.take lead in the improvement of service quality and customer ssatisfaction.
4.coodinate with relevant departments such as sales and finance departments.
5.work out an annual cost and investment budget for service. get approval from superior. have monthly breakdowns available and *****pare with actual situation.
6.co***ol and follow up warranty claims. monitor the warranty budget.
7.support sales of full service and maintenance co***acts.
8.supervise the spare parts service in order to co***ol and improve the actual stock levels‚ service level and replenishment in due time.
9.equip‚ co***ol and maintain workshop‚ service vans and all other service facilities to actual legal and safety requirements. workshop‚ service van equipment and all other service facilities have to be always clean and tidy according to lxhq regulations.
10.supervise service engineers to improve efficiency and improve knowledge through constant training. co***ol the annual training plan.
11.‚ maintain and coordinate local service guidelines under consideration of hq regulations.
12.guarantee that official/ legal wo***ng conditions are respected. train staff at least once a year about the content.
